Our family would like to express or to the family of Sarah. Man oh man, where do I start. Neighbors for years. LeRoy was the oldest as well as I. Classmates starting out in Roth School. The 3 musketeer's, LeRoy, Sheila, and I, then to Aurora Center school. Then our class grew by 3 or 4 more. Then to SHS, then we had a lot of new faces. I would really like to know just how many gallons of ice cream us kids churned during the winter. Vanilla ice cream and old ol chocolate cake, many games of monpoly, LeRoy was ALWAYS Mr. Banker. The card games Slap Jack, Uno, or in our day,"Dirty Gertie". Summer time, Kick the Can, wore many cans out in an evening, Hide and Seek, Pump, Pump Pull Away, Annie, Annie I Over. Such good memories. Now, here we are, Sarah was the last of the neighbor parents. Their children and everyone else children are now the next grneration. We, I don,t think will every be able to fill those BIG shoes. We all do meet now then, and share greetings, but no more outdoor games, cards, and no more chocolate cake and homemade ice cream. But, oh the memories. I think we are all better people today for growing up together. Sarah and Adames raised an amazing family. You 4 be kind to one another, and remember, your parents raised you all right.
