Donna L. Tiede, 94, went to her heavenly home Sunday, May 3, 2026 at her home in Centennial, CO.  Funeral service will be Saturday, May 23 at 10:30 am, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am, at Salem Lutheran Church in Parkston and burial to follow in Graceland Cemetery in Mitchell.

Donna was born on December 23, 1931, to Henry and Emelia (Bauder) Stern in Mitchell, SD. On June 30, 1962, she married Wilbert “Will” Tiede in Parkston, SD. Donna was an elementary school teacher her entire career and enjoyed cooking, crafting and, above all else, her family and friends. She is survived by her son Thomas (Rebecca) and three grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of fifty years.
