Colter Zane Roth, infant son of Scott and Tessa (Kost) Roth, was born July 28, 2026 in Mitchell, SD and went to his heavenly home Friday, August 7, 2026 at Children’s Nebraska Hospital in Omaha, NE.  Funeral service will be Friday, August 14 at 10:30 am at Parkston Congregational Church in Parkston.  Visitation will be Thursday, August 13 from 5 to 7 pm, with a 7:00 pm prayer service, at Parkston Congregational Church in Parkston.

Colter is survived by his parents; 2 siblings, Jameson and Harper Roth; Grandparents: Michael Roth of Parkston; Laurie (Jeff Coster) Kost of Sioux Falls, SD; and LaMaure (Lacey Wickersham) Kost of Parkston; 2 great-grandmothers, Arlene Kost of Parkston and Alvina Roth of Parkston; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Elaine Roth; great-grandparents: Armin Kost, Norbert Roth; Dean and Elaine Allen and Lorraine and Herbert Koster; and an uncle, Alex Moncur.
