Obituary of Bradley Wilmer Bialas
Parkston –Bradley Wilmer Bialas, 55, went to his heavenly home Thursday, November 29 at Avera St. Benedict Hospital in Parkston. Funeral service will be Monday, December 3 at 10:30 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church near Dimock. Visitation will be Sunday, December 2 from 5 to 7 with a 7:00 pm prayer service at Immanuel Lutheran Church near Dimock. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Parkston.
Bradley was born October 5, 1963 to Lambert and Lois (Scheetz) Bialas in Mitchell, SD. He attended Parkston High School in Parkston, SD and graduated in 1981. He then attended Mitchell Technical Institute in Mitchell to become an electrician, graduating in 1983. He worked as an electrician for various businesses before owning and operating his own electrical business, Bialas Electric. He later worked with his brother at the Dimock Elevator. Bradley enjoyed playing cards, especially 6-handed Pinochle, watching the Vikings and Twins, picking football games, spoiling his nephews, and diet Mt. Dew.
Grateful for having shared his life are his parents, Lambert and Lois Bialas of Dimock; 5 siblings: Royce (special friend Marcia Smithey) Bialas of Parkston; Stephanie (Sean) Moen of Mitchell; Melissa (Dan) Pflieger of Panora, IA; Jarret Bialas of Armour, SD; and Kip (Susan) Bialas of Billings, MT; 14 nieces and nephews; 6 great-nieces and nephews; and Kelsey Bialas Potter.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fritz and Hilda Bialas and Edward and Erna Scheetz.
