I am sad to hear my uncle has passed away, he was my dad's youngest brother. I lost contact with him and aunt Ruth after my dad had died in 2002, I have fond memories of visiting them on the farm in Delmont SD when my grandfather had passed away and I returned for that funeral , as well as a few times seeing them when I came up to visit my grandmother in Delmont, , I and sorry I was not able to visit more, I send all my prayers and best wishes to his family and so sorry I was not able to attend his funeral. My Christmas cards kept coming back and I know they traveled to Texas a lot and just assumed they had left SD for good. He had a great life and accomplished a lot and made us all very proud.
