   Geddes - Norma O. Rada, 98, died at Armour Care and Rehabilitation Center in Armour. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM at United Methodist Church in Geddes with burial following in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery in Geddes. Visitation will be Friday, March 1, 2019 from 6 - 8 PM at United Methodist Church in Geddes with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Armour.

   Norma O. Rada was born in Charles Mix County, SD to Ole and Hannah (Romereim) Tronvold. She graduated from Geddes High School in 1940. On October 24, 1942, she was united in marriage to August J. Rada. August died on September 6, 1956. Norma worked at Security State Bank in Geddes until retiring after 30 years of service. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Geddes. She enjoyed cooking, canning, baking and gardening. She moved to Armour Care and Rehabilitation Center in Armour on June 17, 2014 where she died on February 27, 2019 at the age of 98.

   She is survived by her son, Gary (Bonita) Rada of Geddes, SD, 4 grandchildren, Scott (Janice) Dimick of Great Bend, KS, Doug (Evelyn) Dimick of Spearfish, SD, Robbie (Lisa) Dimick of Rapid City, SD, and Carmen Larson of Lincoln, NE, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.

   She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Terry, who died in the Vietnam War, brother, Otto Tronvold, twin sister, Olive Nelson, sister, Shirley Pederson, grandson, Michael Rada, and granddaughter, Laurie Ann Dimick.
