Tripp – William Leo Heisinger, 66, went to his heavenly home Tuesday, April 30 at his home in Tripp. Memorial mass will be Wednesday, May 8 at 10:30 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Parkston. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7 from 5 to 7 pm with a 6:30 pm prayer service at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Parkston. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Parkston.

Bill was born September 25, 1952 to Lawrence and Mabel (Lange) Heisinger in Parkston. He attended Tripp High School in Tripp and graduated in 1970. Bill was a farmer at heart and worked for various farmers around Tripp until 1981 when he began farming with his brother, Bob. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and treasured the times he spend with his nieces and nephews.

Grateful for having shared his life are his 8 siblings: Barb (Lorin) Schmidt of Parkston; Robert (Rachel) Heisinger of Tripp; Dan Heisinger of Le Mesa, CA; Mary Pat (Randy) Rauch of Parma, MI; Steve (Becky) Heisinger of Sioux Falls; Jane (Dennis) Fixsel of Sioux Falls; Carol (Jeff) Gelsone of Kerrville, TX; and Lawrence Jr. (Kristi) Heisinger of Spencer, IA; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Mabel and a brother, Paul.
