Eric was born October 7, 1976 to Gary and Cathy (Pansegrau) Weber in Parkston, SD. He attended Parkston High School, graduating in 1995, and Mitchell Technical Institute in Mitchell, SD where he graduated with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Building Construction in 1997. He worked for Patzer Woodworking in Mitchell before starting his own business in Parkston. Weber Woodworking began in Eric's garage but quickly grew into a full scale woodworking business with several employees. Due to health concerns, he had to close the business. Eric loved to spend time with the light of his life, his daughter Mylie, and with his fiance, Carmen. He enjoyed cutting up wood and making things as early as the 7th grade as well as shooting guns and picking on his sisters.
Grateful for having shared his life are his mother, Cathy of Dimock, SD; a daughter, Mylie Weber of Parkston; 2 sisters: Heather (Mike) Herman of Sioux Falls and Ann (Brandon) Jacobsen of Dimock; fiancee, Carmen Jurgensen of Sioux Falls; grandfather, Gus Pansegrau of Parkston; and several nieces and nephews: Ryker, Ty, Bridger, Hendrix, Wessy, Evelyn and Hazel.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gary and grandparents, Bonnie Pansegrau and Patrick and Lavalle Weber.
