Obituary of John J. Harrington

   Junction City, KS - John J. Harrington, 58, formerly of Armour, died at his home in Junction City, KS on Wednesday, December 12, 2019. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Armour at 2:00 PM. His ashes will be spread at a later date.

   John J. Harrington was born on October 29, 1961 to Art and Edna (Lau) Harrington in Parkston, SD. John was a lifelong member of the American Legion in Junction City, KS. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed any kind of sports, as well as collecting baseball cards.

   John is survived by a brother, Mark Harrington, sister, Monica (Galen) Vander Pol, sister-in-law, Connie Harrington, and numerous nieces and nephews.

   He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother, Charles, sister, Paulette, and a host of friends and relatives.
