   Armour - Susan "Sam" A. Anderson, 65, died at Lake Andes Healthcare Center in Lake Andes on Saturday, February 8, 2020. Funeral service will be Friday, February 14, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Geddes. Visitation will be Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 6 - 8 PM at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Geddes with wake service at 7:00 PM. A committal service will be at a later date at St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery in Geddes. Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Armour.

   Susan "Sam" A. Anderson was born on May 10, 1954 to Paul and LaVonne (Ahrens) Oberbroekling in Platte, SD. She graduated from Geddes High School in 1972. On August 16, 1975, Sam married Neal Anderson. The lived in Pickstown, SD. Neal died on August 7, 2003. Sam moved to Lake Andes. On June 16, 2009, she moved to Lake Andes Healthcare Center where she died on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the age of 65 after a long battle with MS.

   She is survived by 4 brother and sisters, Dennis (Carol) Oberbroekling of Geddes, SD, Kathy Thompson of Armour, SD, Mary (Rick) Holzinger of Laurel, MT, and Gene (Jayne) Oberbroekling of Boise, ID, father-in-law, Norman Anderson of Lake Andes, SD, and many nieces and nephews.

   She was preceded in death by her husband, Neal, parents, brother, Raymond Oberbroekling, and mother-in-law, Jeanette Anderson.
