Janet Rowe, of Corsica (formerly of CA), was born on July 5,1943 to Jella and Jennie (DeBondt) Fluit in Larchwood, IA. Janet married Dennis Rowe in San Francisco, CA on May 11, 1978. Together they spent many years moving around the United States with the military. While in Sacramento she was a secretary for the military. 

     Visitation will be held Friday August 4, 2023 from 5 - 7pm at Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Armour, SD. A funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 10:30am, also at Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Armour. 

      She is survived by 2 children: Loretta Ymker, Annette Hoogendoorn, and one step daughter Bekah Oberdorf. Surviving siblings are: Gerald Fluit (MI), Bernard Fluit (MI), and Mary Lawson (IA), She has 3 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. 

     She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, siblings, Clazina Van Ginkel, John Fluit, Tunis Fluit, James Fluit and one granddaughter, Amy Ymker.
