Delmont – Bradley Gilbert Brosz, 65, went to his heavenly home Saturday, April 27 at Mayo St. Mary Hospital in Rochester, MN.  Funeral service will be Thursday, May 2 at 10:30 am at Salem Lutheran Church in Parkston.  Visitation will be Wednesday, May 1 from 5 to 7 pm, with a 7:00 pm prayer service, at Salem Lutheran Church in Parkston.  Arrangements by Koehn Bros. Funeral Home in Parkston.

Brad was born March 6, 1959 to Gilbert and Mary Jane (Hoffman) Brosz in Parkston, SD.  He attended Bietz Country School near the farm through the 4th grade and graduated from Delmont High School in 1977.  He attended Mitchell VoTech and received a degree in Ag Management.  After his schooling, he returned to the farm and farmed with his parents.  He was united in marriage to Joyce Jerke on September 2, 1978 at Zion Lutheran Church in Delmont.  The couple made their home on a farm north of Delmont where Brad Continued to farm.  For the past 16 years, he farmed with his son, Brandon.  Brad was a member of the Hope Lutheran Church board and was secretary and treasurer of the township board.  He loved spending time with his family and attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.  He also enjoyed driving the ranger around the farm with his dogs, Sophie and Nova.

Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Joyce of Delmont; 3 children:  Carisa (Jeromy) Munce of Sioux Falls, SD; Brandon (Lynn) Brosz of Armour, SD, and Adam (Sara) Brosz of Sioux Falls; 8 grandchildren:  Teigan, Taten and McKinnley Munce; Emerson, Gabriel and Sawyer Brosz and Addisyn and Jocelyn Brosz; and a brother, Russell (Lori) Brosz of Parkston.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Mateya Munce; and in-laws, Elmer and Viola Jerke.
