Lorraine was a wonderful sister-in-law, always good company at family gatherings. She was diligent in keeping me informed about the family through the years.
So often I am aware of someone's passing and I don't know about their faith or lack thereof. That certainly is not the case with Lorraine! Her entire life reflected the example of a follower of Jesus. She was not preachy or bragging. Instead, she showed good decision making, wise parenting, and hard work. Lorraine's ways were also reflected in the caliber of the people she surrounded herself with. I KNOW Lorraine shared my faith, and demonstrated values I admire. She will be missed, but she has gone to a better place!
I pray that you who grieve her passing will be comforted with the fact that her life can be celebrated with few regrets. I am happy that you had so many good times with her. It is my hope that you can instill the coming up generations with her wisdom, knowledge, and joy in living. I thank God for her life, and pray that you continue in faith.
